When it is created
The cookie is created only when a visitor chooses to start the YMS booking flow. It is Secure on HTTPS, HttpOnly, SameSite=Strict and limited to /api/ziyazilim/. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
No consent banner at present
The audited site does not load analytics, advertising, embedded video, maps, remote fonts, fingerprinting, localStorage or sessionStorage. There is therefore no non-essential category to accept, reject or configure. If that behaviour changes, the inventory and consent controls must be updated before deployment.
