1. Operator and scope
This website is operated by Softcrates Solutions SRL, Argentina. It presents corporate, ERP, data, automation, AI and YMS-related capabilities and provides contact and meeting-request channels.
2. No online purchase or contract
The site has no checkout, payment, subscription or electronic acceptance of service terms. Sending an enquiry or booking a review does not by itself create a service contract, guarantee availability or accept a commercial proposal. Scope, fees, timing and contractual terms must be confirmed separately by authorised representatives.
3. Permitted use
Use the site lawfully and do not interfere with its security, availability, forms or booking system; do not submit malicious code, false identity details, credentials or information you are not authorised to provide.
4. Content and intellectual property
Softcrates names, branding and original content may be protected by applicable rights. Some components, fonts or assets may be used under licence. No licence is granted beyond ordinary viewing and use of the site. Third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Information, links and availability
Descriptions are general and must be assessed for each organisation. Illustrations and interface values marked as demo data are not customer results. External services such as WhatsApp have their own terms. We may correct or update site content and cannot promise uninterrupted availability.
6. Privacy and mandatory rights
Personal information is handled as explained in the privacy notice. Nothing here excludes mandatory rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing-law and forum clauses require a separate business/legal decision and are not imposed through this site.
